"Convenient. Hotel is honesty a bit tired, could use a refresh. Very good checkin, surprisingly very good food (really good quality and value). Rather restrictive with respect to upgrading (rooms available, but no "deals" to upgrade room). Non accommodating late check out even for Hotels.com VIP Gold status and/or American Express Platinum. Only get 15 minutes "grace" on top of 12noon check-out. Thereafter clock starts at $25/hr. Rather disappointing as housekeeping was still cleaning normal rooms at 3:30pm."

"Very nice hostel with a rooftop poo. The check in process can be better though No one explained me about the cafe or the pool In addition i extend my stay and needed to check out and check in again and it took so long to get me a clean bed. Otherwise the staff was nice and willing to help with anything you need and they also offer luggage keeping for case you arriving early or departing late"
