We really enjoyed our stay! Safe neighborhood only a 10min Uber to universal studios. Very safe neighborhood. Clean property and accommodating. The only thing I notice was the wallpaper is starting to peel, but it’s also obvious they are actively working on updating the property. Breakfast is pastries only, but if you want more there are dozens of options within 2 blocks. Very much would stay there again.

The staff was great and the shuttle service excellent! You do need to schedule it in advance but we had to make several changes on pick up times and they were able to accommodate us for all of them. Front desk staff -Gerry is friendly and accommodating, house keeping is also fast by giving extra bedding. A lady from the office offers my kids with crayons and drawing stuff during our check in.
