"Overall, the staff was amazing. However there was an incident regarding the pool Gabanna I was quoted $100 and when I received my bill, it was 199\. They proceeded to bring over security guard and humiliate me. I agreed to pay for everything I ordered, which is reasonable, but there is no way I was going to pay for a cabana that they doubled the charge after that they asked me to leave the hotel so I did not even get to finish my cabana which I paid for. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone and I will be blasting this on every trip advisory and social media."

I was assigned a resident parking spot , but it requires another to key fob. Also, the shower gel bottle was empty, I had hand soap, but you don't provide lotion. "A maintenance guy walked in to our room while we were sleeping saying that he was coming in cuz we called in saying that our toilet wasn't working. So we told him that it wasn't us who called. My wife had to call down to the lobby using her cell phone cuz the phone on the room wasn't working. So she called in to see what was going on with the maintenance showing up early. They had told us that we had called in do to the toilet. We had told them that it wasn't us that called in and they kept sayings it was us, instead of apologizing."
