“Very comfortable room and bed. Room was clean, staff was wonderful. Reception Area was clean and well appointed, the gentleman that checked us in was very helpful.”

First staff member said we didnt have a reservation, second one came out and said come back and try in a few hours or something so we left excusing the attitude for a possible busy day and stress from work. Had to wait for a manager to come out of the back and pull it up just so i could get my room (which was apparently visible the ENTIRE time) Going to the room it had hair from whoever was in there before cleaning (inside used tissues on……

“First the have ceiling fall when someone upstairs took shower soaked everything then they gave us a room on other side dog barked all night someone else played loud music all night bathroom wasn't cleaned Ryun was nasty never again will I stay there ! So traveled bk home no sleep and wouldn't do a refund”
