Suttons Bay Vacations from $482

This was our experience: We were in a room behind the pool. People swimming were directly outside our patio door ( we were in a 1st floor room). The " patio" for our room, too small to use. The room: toilet was wobbly, the toilet seat, bathroom door handle, and bathroom vent were falling off. Areas around the shower area were yellow and didn't look clean. We didn't turn on the jetted tub because it looked dirty. The room was horrible. The lady at the desk when we got there was nice. They keep their beach area clean and there's a nice fire pit. Overall, I do think it's the worst room we have ever rented on any trip.

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay. The Lakeview Restaurant was a huge surprise! We were expecting overpriced mediocre food but our dinner was fantastic! Everything in the hotel was clean for the most part. The indoor pool area could use some attention. The rooms and pools could use some updating, but overall the whole resort was pretty great. Would stay again if in the area. The sunset over Lake Bellaire was absolutely gorgeous.

Pool is out if commission. Quality of room did not match price - bed was lumpy and sheets very old. Room and linens need an upgrade. Restaurant is decent. Staff are excellent but hotel is overpriced.

There is no hot water when we arrived. Waited for the whole day, still no progress. The staff is polite but not very helpful in providing alternative solutions. So we checked out early. Expedia contacted the hotel for refund and no one is answering the email or the phone call. So yeah, I got ghosted.
