“A very convenient place to stay, especially close to Brown University, making it easy to walk to campus. Parking, however, is not very convenient — you have to park in the public lot across the street, and the parking fees there are quite expensive.”

“The quilts are not soft enough. When I turn on the bed, the sound of the quilts comes. The door of the room hits the closet door and the bathroom door. Bad design.👎 Generally it is a good hotel.”

“Our room was great. Staff were helpful but only remote. Bathroom was poor. Several toilets clogged and some showers not working. Kitchen was not clean. Location was great although off site parking is an issue. Good cheap restaurants in area. Nighttime noisy with cars burning out. For a cheap night stay and dealing with hostel conditions this place is good for a short stay with money to enjoy Providence.”

“Beware of this place. It’s filthy, chaotic, and has a revolving door of addicts and sex workers wandering in and out at all hours. Some woman was getting it on with multiple Johns right above me, and I have the recording to prove it. You truly get exactly what you pay for and nothing more. I booked the main-floor room with a private bathroom, which sounded great in theory. In reality, the walls were so thin I could hear every conversation in the hallway, every door slam, and even noise from……

“Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise……
