“The room was nice and clean, the breakfast was amazing, the view was gorgeous and the location is perfect. I suggest if you need hypoallergenic bedding that you request at the time of reserving, it’s not standard to have it included in the room.”

“Every member of staff we met was very welcoming, friendly and professional. The room was very well equipped and the breakfast excellent. The special 6 course dinner was very much appreciated. The one concern, in view of the prevailing heatwave conditions, was that the room and especially the en suite was uncomfortably hot and cooled just a little by the fans provided. Air conditioning would have been very welcome!”

“The breakfasts were excellent but I would have preferred a start time earlier than 8.30am. There was constant noise from the room next door which prevented me from sleeping. The hosts were very helpful and I made these comments on my departure. Sleep is important so This was an issue for me”

“Great location - I booked this room for my son and he had a room with a sea view while the room I booked for myself and husband and another room for son through another company were given rooms at the back of the building!!!! Plumbing requires attention and redecorating urgently needed in corridors leading to rooms. Staff need more training and computer system needs upgrading. Very slow service in the restaurant.”

“Julie and Gary were absolutely lovely and super helpful. They helped heat up milk for our little one and were friendly the hole time. I would say I think personally found the mattresses slightly uncomfortable, may be a preference. The only true negative, so the reason it was not 5 stars for us was the shower was weak, so couldn't just stand underneath it, had to hold it over the body part to clean. Aside that, amazing place, lovely people! Thank you both.”

“The spa was very nice and clean, but the hotel itself could do with some updating. Had to run the shower for 15-20 minutes to get any hot water, the bathroom needed a good clean, some staff in dining room at breakfast and cleaning staff very nice, rest need to learn to smile more. Food by pool ok but chilli 🌶 very watery as though had been defrosted, not what I expected from a 3 star hotel”
