"I got to the facility at 3 PM on Friday. Room was ready. I went downstairs to sloppy Joe’s and had a couple beers of a big sloppy(delicious). It rained all day Saturday, but it still was good to sit inside sloppy Joe’s. I went for a walk Sunday morning and of course went back to sloppy Joe’s to watch the Buc!s play. All the time the staff was very accommodating, very friendly and always took care of me and all the other people at the bar. I highly recommend this place."

"Great Location, but the Property Needs Some TLC The biggest highlight of this motel was its excellent location, situated between the bay and the ocean, with easy walking access to the surrounding area. The property manager was attentive to our needs and made an effort to be helpful during our stay. However, the property itself is in need of some significant maintenance and upkeep. While the motel is dog-friendly, pet waste was not consistently picked up, and barking dogs were often heard as guests came and went. Some of the room fixtures also needed attention, including missing toilet paper holders or ones that had been taped to the wall. Broken windows covered with cardboard were another concern. The overall upkeep of the grounds could also be improved, including keeping the areas around the living quarters clean and free of accumulated garbage. With its prime location and an attentive property manager, this motel has potential. However, more consistent cleaning, better maintenance, and attention to the details would make a big difference in the guest"

"The bad about my room. two hundred two. The dryer was awful. The clothes seemed to get more damp. It had some pull out bottle to empty but there was never a drop of water in it to pour out. I love sitting on the balcony but the chairs were such junk. Every other room had decent stuff. This was falling apart, mesh over a hard frame. Killed back of knees and neck. The nightstands had a big hunk of glass just sitting on top. One had nothing to keep it from sliding. Not good with a toddler. The master bath shower has a tiny head, paired with hard water, it felt like being sandblasted. Like the stream might slice off appendages. Horrible. Also when I checked in there was hair in the bath tub. Had to purchase bleach cleaner to scrub it to bathe my infant. Also, a drawer in the dresser was sagging so bad you couldn’t hardly shut it. The mattress topper was awful and slid around. Otherwise, the place was pretty clean. Love the full sized appliances. Pool was clean. Lots of seating. Grills. All rooms have a great beach view. The office staff was friendly. Gates to the pool were more secure than most for keeping toddlers out. Good location. Walking distance to Publix and Dunkin. Dedicated parking spot I loved that as well. LOVED the keypad entrance. No more tracking down room keys. Only 4 numbers to remember. Would stay again, in a different room."
