Valley Ford Castle Hotels

So the Inn and receptionists, waitstaff fine dining restaurant were great. Food was phenomenal too. But the majority of the staff at the restaurant across the street were cold, unfriendly and a bunch of prudes. I politely asked one of the waiters if i could sit at the bar and he said “Well can you? Like physically. Go see the hostess she needs to do a headcount.” I go see the hostess and she was like hmm 1 person not sure let me see. Made a face and spoke to her colleague. This was when they had...

We liked everything at the lodge except the bed.

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed here. We appreciate the friendly staff. We also enjoy the full breakfast and the snacks that are provided. S’mores by the fire are a fun extra. I hope we can stay here again!

Very comfortable, great breakfast and friendly staff.

My husband and I had a brief one night stay but the location is great (very close to many restaurants and shops), the room was clean and comfortable, check in was quick and easy, and the complimentary breakfast was a great perk!

I was in room 12. Loved the deck and the view of the harbour. The town rolls up the sidewalks at 8, so very quiet at nite. Could hear the roar of the surf and sea lions barking at night. Friendly staff, good mattress, clean room. I will definately stay again. Only thing I would change is to have a mini fridge in the room.

Nice hotel, good location, great breakfast, and super nice staff. I would absolutely stay here again.

Clean quiet comfortable room. No staff, coded entry to lobby and room. Good beds. Nice central location. Beaches not far away.

The hotel is very very nice and clean. Excellent staff and breakfast. We were going to the event in Graton casino just 4 mins away and Costco just 2 mins away 👍👍

We spent a few nights for a weekend escape with our dog from San Francisco. The location is ideal for exploring the wineries in Sonoma and Healdsburg by car. The staff was extremely welcoming, and the property was clean and exactly what we were looking for during our brief staycation. There are food options and a casino nearby. I highly recommend this place for families, couples, and pet owners.

Absolutely magical setting. The most comfortable beds ever.

The staff were super nice and helpful. Great location and priced reasonably.

The room was clean and comfortable. There is a shared kitchen with a full size fridge, microwave and coffee/hot chocolate/tea. Also a vending machine with oatmeal, cup of noodles and a variety of snacks. There was no fitness center or jacuzzi but we enjoyed hiking in the area to the beaches and tide pools. There were many nice restaurants to choose from with delicious seafood. A free bottle of wine was included in our stay. We enjoyed our time there!

Lovely property located in a beautiful area. The photos online matches in real life, as in no heavy airbrushing. Staff are courteous ,friendly and professional. Quiet surroundings. Great cocktails at the bar! We are a fan of this establishment.

Last minute reservation was quick and easy

A True Hospitality Experience Home2 Suites Petaluma location exceeded all expectations during my one-night stay. The staff's remarkable hospitality, genuine empathy, and extraordinary accommodation of special requests left an indelible impression. The management's excellent leadership sets a shining example for the entire team, creating a hotel experience that epitomizes the true essence of hospitality. I sincerely hope that the high level of service I experienced will be a constant throughout...

This is a great hotel if you like to stay someplace without paying for the "extras" of a modern hotel stay. They have coffee in the hall, hot showers and heaters if it's cold. No AC (although rarely needed), blow dryer, iron or continental breakfast. Perfect for simple travelers, but not for those who need pampering.

Room was so clean and spacious. Breakfast was good, different things each day. Asked for late check out because I did a 5k and wanted to shower after, wants problem at all. Lots of places to eat and shop in walking distance. Would for sure stay here again

Great place, friendly staff. Comfortable accommodations with a nice breakfast. Pool is wonderful during the summer months. There are 2 great places to eat across the street right by the river-Farmhand & Stumptown brewery-very convenient. Also convenient to Armstrong Woods. Will be back!
