"Chose this hotel based on location. We were not disappointed was a convenient location. An easy walk to theatre, arenas, Yaletown Area, lots of dining in the area. The hotel is dated but well maintained and clean. Staff were pleasant and helpful."

"It was a good hotel. Staff was very friendly and hotel room was clean just a little outdated. We were disappointed though when we booked our solely over spring break so the kids could go swimming to realize the pool was FREEZING!! I’ve never felt a pool so cold. That was a huge disappointment. The kids were just shivering in there so kind of wrecked the whole aspect of our trip. After talking to other guests they said this is abnormal they’ve never experienced the pool like this. "

"Really nice stay prior to our early morning flight. Had a beautiful view of the river and enjoyed watching the sunset from there. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious. The airport shuttle was prompt. Lovely stay!!"

"The pool was so cold and now towels anytime we went. We were on the 24th floor so nice view, but the windows arent properly sealed so the wind howling all night kept my children and I awake. All the staff were very kind and helpful. The parking garage only has hotel access from level 2, so if you have to park on L5 its quite inconvenient for families with younge children (stollers, luggage, ect.)"

"The room was clean and well furnished. The restaurant and bar are great and very convenient. The location is a reasonably easy walk to restaurants and more. I would stay at this hotel again."

"Clean room. They clean it everyday unlike other hotels. Friendly stuffs. The bed is a bit cheap but this isn’t a hotel so its okay. Space is tiny but it’s right by the Davie street so I guess it’s okay. They give you both heater and the air conditioning so that’s good. I just wish the bed is a bit firmer or better quality if I have to complain. But overall I enjoyed the experience. "
