“We were initially staying at another hotel which was a horrible experience, so we decided to move to this one. When I called the hotel I spoke English and the lady kept hanging the phone call. “This place was absolutely beautiful! The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were super clean! The customer service was unexpectedly trash, the bartenders weren’t upbeat and nice. They were dry and miserable it gave off that they were sick of working there. The drinks were $17 and taste like water!
