“Not enough coffee with the in room coffee maker, no option for hot water for tea. A microwave would be nice. The minibar refrigerator was so small we could barely fit in our own items that needed to stay cool. They said we could have had a free small fridge if we asked. Two shampoos but no body wash in the shower. The mattress is long overdue for a change out we kept rolling towards the center. We stayed here in May and were in a better room that time. “Loved the updated hotel; feels very clean and new! I used all the amenities - hot tub, sauna, etc. Everything was clean and relaxing. Nice to look at Pikes Peak while soaking in the hot tub! The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. The only slight downside is the availability of parking if you arrive after about 7pm, but the desk staff helpfully pointed out some available spots I hadn't seen. Room was clean, quiet, cozy. I loved it and will definitely return when I go back to Manitou……

“Inside lobby area and stairs to second floor were dirty….both days so obviously not being cleaned everyday. Rubber on stairs was in disrepair. Bathroom was in poor condition and had dirty walls. Lotion was used, so wondered what else was overlooked when cleaned. Caulking around bathtub faucet was coming off. Sink area was super small with no room to set toiletries on.
