Our first room had tan stains on the comforter, brown on the mattress pad and a brown ring around the jacuzzi tub. We were shown another room with dried blood on the comforter. The staff said it was due to having white sheets they can’t keep them clean. We accepted the 3rd room because the lady said she did not have the authority to cancel our……
