“From the moment you arrive and look at the very cool structure that this old Cole bottling plant was and how it’s been transformed to a very cool and beautiful hotel. The entire staff was kind and attentive. The lobby has a pool table that seems to be used quite a lot by guests. There is nice bar next to the lobby that offers great cocktails. We were on the 2nd floor of a 4 floor building with the widest and longest corridors that are beautifully designed with cool discoveries every 10ft. The……

“Staff didn't speak english well. It took 2 different people and someone of the phone with them to check us in. When we got into our room, we found that there wasn't a door to the bathroom (wasn't designed for a door at all). It reminded me of a detention center room. The towels weren't clean and about the size of a dish towel. It took my entire body weight to get the front door to close fully. We found bugs crawling in the blinds after getting in. We didn't even unpack. We found another hotel……

“What was worse? The FIRST floor room’s window that was left open& wouldn’t shut, the stink bugs crawling on the wall, the mold growing on the bathroom wall, or the leftover food still remaining in the fridge from a previous guest? It’s hard to tell. What is for sure, is the disappointment in this place being backed by “Choice”. That’s a brand we usually trust. ”

“1st of all 1st was given a dirty room, trash wasn’t taken out, floors weren’t clean. Pool was cloudy, breakfast was a mess and no well maintained! Don’t think I would stay again! ”

“Rooms were acceptable but needs some updating. Better sheets, some had cigarette holes and old stains. You can tell they were clean but can see the stain outline. Parking lot felt deserted.”

“Property really run down. Needs to be updated. Service was terrible. There is no maid service. Room floors were dirty and worn out. The TV did not work. The management told us a previous customer stole the remote and they don’t know why because the TV is so old, the remote won’t work on any other TV. The room was cold even though the temperature was set at 77. The communication of the staff was poor. Apparently, their friends wrote good reviews to make it sound like a decent place. The owners……
