Overall great experience

Excellent staff and friendly service. Very good continental breakfast and fitness room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the St. Kate Arts Hotel, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! Upon arrival, I was greeted with a complimentary glass of champagne, which was a lovely touch and set the tone for a fantastic stay. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. It was clear that...

I like the concept very boutique - my room was good size - a living area - kitchenette - work desk - walk in bathroom and a separate bedroom - really good space - definitely recommend

We had an exceptional stay at the Pfister! Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were met with outstanding customer service every time we interacted with hotel staff. We enjoyed sitting by the fireplace and eating breakfast in the cafe. Gavin served us breakfast and was working the bar and he was attentive and never let our coffees get low! This hotel was extra cozy and they had decorated for Christmas which made things feel magical. Cannot recommend the Pfister enough and will...

New hotel- very clean - rooms were soundproof & breakfast was excellent! Entire staff was helpful and courteous. Located near shopping mall with many restaurants . Will definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay! Very clean and great service at the front desk

It was excellent. However, they did charge my account twice but when I inquired was told it would be taken off.

This hotel has by far been the best I’ve ever stayed in. I felt like I was receiving $1000 treatment for a $400 hotel. I will never stay in another hotel when I come to this area, only this one. Super clean, breakfast was incredible, and the entire building is very beautiful and impressive. Staff was extremely helpful and kind.

Wonderful place to stay.

I needed to cancel the day of because of Covid. Hotels.com would not refund unless the hotel management agreed. I believe Latoya was the very kind woman who helped me convince management to issue me a refund. Big thanks to management and Latoya as this booking was for my mother who cannot afford to waste money on unused hotel nights. I will go out my way to sleep here anytime I visit Milwaukee. Hopefully the accommodations match the front desk service.

Very nice - no complaints!

This was our first visit to The Port Hotel and it certainly won't be the last! From the easy "no check-in desk" check-in through a very complete continental breakfast, this hotel is a true gem. Speaking of the "continental breakfast, the selections available rivaled or excelled many other hotel chains touting their "full" breakfast. The room was very clean and spacious. Bed linens were great and the bed itself was very comfortable. This property definitely deserves the "Best Hotel in Port...
