"The hotel was pretty nice, the Wave restaurant in particular was awesome. The indoor pool felt a bit dated, but my kids still enjoyed it. The outdoor pool was super nice and we spent a decent amount of time there. The grounds were very well maintained and the views of the lake were spectacular of course. The staff was pleasant enough for the most part. We were just a bit disappointed with our room, it felt relatively small and dated, however it wasn't really where we spent most of our time, so it was okay. Overall our time was great and we definitely would recommend the Heidel House, but maybe not at the price point that we decided on. It seems like we would have had a better experience spending a bit more money on the room. I believe we paid the lowest price possible for a room there, and I feel like it showed. Again, it really wasn't bad for the money, I think I just had higher expectations for staying at a "resort" style hotel."

"This spacious and very clean vacation home checks all the boxes for a relaxing getaway. Check in was so easy. Our five adults slept comfortably in each bed. The master bedroom overlooks the lake and has a large ensuite bathroom. There's something for everyone here from fishing to relaxing in the hot tub. The ample seating next to the lake is perfect for taking in the sun and enjoy the sound of the waves. Forget something? Winneconne stores are only 15 minutes away. We will come back to stay as soon as possible!The Hosts are spectacular! They are genuinely kind and caring; they provide helpful, quick communication."

"On arrival the outside grounds could have been better kept. I was greeted by a young man who I later found out was the general manager Andre. My face/eyes were swollen due to allergies. I asked Andre if any pets have been in the room assigned to me and he assured me that no pets have been in that room and even took me to the room to be sure. The room was clean, and smelled fine, and I didn’t sneeze upon entry, so I was happy."
