It was clear she truly cared about us, especially our children, and wanted to make sure our celebration was perfect in every way. From coordinating the beautiful birthday room décor to helping arrange every detail behind the scenes, she made us feel like we were her top priority the entire weekend. At the pool bar and restaurant, Hector was fantastic — warm, attentive, and always making sure we were taken care of. Angel, the manager, ensured every meal and every moment ran smoothly, and his team executed every detail. "

"We picked this all-inclusive, because it is well-rated for service, food and is noted for being a quiet, all adult resort, with a great beach. We were not disappointed - we had a rejuvenating relaxing beach holiday. There was a bit of a sales pitch, when booking our dinner reservations, for their vacation club, but we were firm in letting them know, thank you, but, no thank you, and that was the end of the sales pitch, so no issues. Overall, good value for our time and money. Recommend. :)"
