“We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride……

“Probably the nicest hotel I've stayed at in this hemisphere.\* We stayed in a penthouse suite in the Fairmont's Heritage Place area. The place was immaculate, quiet, spacious, with a great modern kitchen. An in suite bathroom for each of three rooms, and an extra powder room. There are beautiful pools \*everywhere\*, never crowded. The beach is maybe a 15 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride away. The bikes are well maintained, but single speed, so I had to adjust the seat height to get enough……

“This was our fifth visit. We keep coming back because of the staff, the amenities, the food and most importantly the relaxing environment.The pool area is lovely and always clean and well maintained. If going into the ocean is a priority, you should know that the sargassum seems to be getting worse. There were a couple of days walking. on the beach was difficult. The beach cleaners work very hard to keep the beach clear but it is sometimes impossible to keep up with the amount of seaweed.”
