“Biggest problem is that it’s in the middle of nowhere so unless you know for sure you’re there for the wakeboarding, I would not stay there. Other than that the room was pretty ample and nice. Food was fine.”

“The out door pool was amazing ! The bar by the pool and the staff were very friendly and all of the staff were always friendly and helpful . The Palms restaurant and Italian restaurants were our favorite. Unfortunately there were only four restaurants for families and one was only open for breakfast and lunch. One is a buffet that was just okay. The other restaurents in the other resorts are adult only - which one can understand.”

“We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride……

“Tivemos algumas intercorrências ao longo de nossa hospedagem, como falta de luz no primeiro dia por quase duas horas, sem nenhuma assistência da equipe do hotel durante o episódio. Não havia luz de emergencia, lanterna, o telefone do quarto não funciona, chuveiro tmb não. Ficamos no completo escuro usando lanternas dos nossos celulares. Eles nos deram uma sessão de sauna como compensação, mas a experiência em geral foi bem insatisfatória. Em uma noite, uma barata nos aguardava na porta do nosso……

“Incredibly beautiful resort. I highly recommend the preferred club as it escalates the service to another level. The swim out pool was a nice private touch to get away from the crowd (which wasn’t a lot of people). The staff is unbelievable charming. Alejandra was our favorite, you will see her amongst a lot of the activities that I recommend you try. The food was unbelievable with no complaints from any restaurant. The spa was very relaxing, calm, and therapeutic. Finally the beach was……
