“Absolutely wonderful place! Beautiful, relaxing, and everything smells so good! My only complaint is the pool is unheated! My 2.5 year old had purple lips within 10 minutes of playing in it in 80° weather. The pool largely remains empty, as it’s just too uncomfortable.”

“yes, loved the staff & room, everything was perfect! ”

“We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride……

“Property and staff were very pleasant food was very good. Room was clean and fresh. Ocean sea weed is a bit of an issue. Travel from airport to resort was not a good experience. Paid extra for private service that was to be there at arrival. Ha a 40 minute wait and had to share ride with three other people with stops at their resort. Ride back to airport on departure was good though.”
