"Good resort, service was a little slow at all the bars except the beach bar. I feel like they needed more staff working at them. The resort needs to print an itinerary for you when you check in because we missed a lot of activities by not knowing they were happening. They do have an itinerary you can download but cell service is not good there with some services. The food was great! Most of the staff was nice and helpful, especially Maria at the beach bar! Lots of pool options and a lot of wildlife to see! I would definitely go back to this resort again."

"This resort had very poor communication. We arrived and were told we could book dinners at the different restaurants but the app told us none were available. A couple days later we found out we had to book it through a different person. We didn’t get our towel until day 3. Food was average to below available. Service was very slow at the restaurants. Not a lot to do. A monkey stole my cookie right out of my hand. "

"Beautiful resort. Suggest having options available for people who have later flights - i.e. more generous late checkout options or at least access to lockers and showers. Candidly, for the cost, the resort had limited things to do aside from sitting by the pool."

"I loved it here, it was clean the food was great. The staff worked so hard to keep the beach as clean as possible. The only thing that made me sad was the cats on the property, I came across six of them in total a few of them in some desperate need of vet care, and one of them pregnant. I know they probably treat them as wild animals there but that’s a very tough place for a domesticated cat to live. The staff seemed to frown on anybody that was trying to feed them and they’re all so hungry. This was my first all-inclusive stay so I don’t have anything to compare it to, but it was a great time there"

"The room was dated. Some cabinets were broken, shower and tubs were older with dirty fixtures. Pools were nice but some bars were also dated and dirty. The restaurants were great."
