“Buffalo Trace is our favorite distillery and we usual go and then leave to the next. This VRBO was the perfect location. When you walk in to VRBO, the bourbon style sets the mood for the weekend. The newly renovated VRBO was very clean and you feel comfortable immediately. I was disappointed when I reached out to the host during our stay because we were close to running out of toilet paper and I could not find any. After a couple of hours of not hearing, I ordered and bought my own toilet paper...

“We came in for a high school graduation and stayed here with our two kids. The property manager was very accommodating for both early check in and late check out which was very helpful. Everything was very clean and decorated perfectly with local decor - horses and bourbon. The beds were comfortable and our kids loved the “fancy bath”. We walked to a donut shop for breakfast. Kitchen was fully stocked. Parking was easy to find. No complaints!”

“It is a bit of a drive,but well worth it. And there are places to shop for groceries, and fast food. Easy to check in and out. The hot tub was a nice addition. Beds were comfy and had no problems with wifi. Thanks for the great experience.”

“If you are looking for a place to stay while visiting all the bourbon distilleries, this is it. Only 30 to 40 minutes at the most, both directions. Loft is clean and spacious. Just a heads up, the loft is above a Mexican restaurant, but the food there is great!”

“We absolutely loved staying in The Carriage! It was the perfect size for the two of us and the location was great; we walked all around the Capitol and it's grounds, historic downtown Frankfort, and to Andy's Artisan Bread each morning for pastries and coffee. The Carriage reminded us of a Parisian apartment and the neighborhood was incredibly quiet. We loved being so close to the various distilleries. Definitely coming back again!”
