“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”

“If you’ve ever wanted to spend $300 for a hotel room with a bathroom you’d have to sit side saddle on the toilet to use, this is the hotel for you. If you like standing sideways in the shower since it’s too small to stand the normal way in, this hotel is for you. If you like other people’s hair in your bathroom sink when you arrive, this hotel is for you. On top of those issues, the bathroom had 2 bath towels and that was it. No washcloths, no hand towels nothing. It also had 2 shampoo pumps in……

“I gave it a 3-star rating because of the bathroom, which is in the tiny room with a thin, plastic sliding door which had 2 inch gaps on either end. The toilet may as well have been in the room. No one wants to do their bathroom business with your partner 3 feet away. It's totally inappropriate and I would never stay there again. The room was nice and the bed as well. I get that the rooms are tiny but if that's the case invest in a thick, solid door so people can maintain their dignity. ”
