"We were checked in late. The young lady at the front desk was very nonchalant about the rooms not being ready. When we finally got our room the mattress on the bed was deplorable. When we sat on it, it sank down to the box spring. We realised that could not sleep comfortably on that bed, we requested a room change. The second room was ok. The shower in the first room had a very low lip, therefore when I showered the floor got wet. The beach view was fabulous."

"Cuando llegue a la habitación el cuarto estaba arreglado, solo un poco de polvo debajo del sofá cama pero lo malo fue que el cuarto olía a comida de mar como si hubiesen hecho frituras y el olor estaba impregnado. Reporte esto a la propiedad a través del chat de mensajes privados de Expedia y no realizaron ninguna acción al respecto de resto todo estaba bien, Adicional es bastante protocolo para realizar el check-in porque no tienen un personal de recepción para hacer esto, todo se debe completar vía telefónica y por el chat de Expedia para enviar los ID y el código de la habitación lo suministran luego que comienza la estadía a las 4:00p.m. Y en ese proceso también se pierde algo de tiempo."
