“It has the sleeping in your mom's basement vibe.
Location is excellent with stores, restaurants, pubs and University energy. Easy and safe walk to train stations and bus stops. Easy for ride shares to locate you.
Staff is offsite but very responsive; they fixed issues within a day. I think they were the most attentive of any of my UK stays. Their help is greatly appreciated.
Roomy is cozy.
Felt safe even returning to location at midnight.
Great to have usable, onsite laundry to do a……

“We booked in advance to have 2 travel cots in the family room. When we arrived very late at night, there were no travel cots and I had 2 sleeping babies with no where to put them. The staff tried to bring cots for us, but could only find 1, so we ended up having to sleep a baby on a bed with no sides etc. Not very safe at all! The 1 travel cot we were provided had no mattress, just the hard board at the bottom- not fit for a baby to sleep on! Not acceptable at all.”

“Hartelijke ontvangst bij de receptie, alle verplichte formaliteiten werden hoffelijk en geduldig behandeld, schone schitterende en functionele kamer, waterkoker met koffie, thee, koffiemelk en zoetstof aanwezig en de kamer was uiterst modern, functioneel en praktisch ingericht.
Ik had ook nog het voordeel van alarmfunctionaliteit dat per abuis ook nog functioneel werd getest. De receptionist reageerde supersnel op het alarm en was niet boos maar juist uiterst bezorgd.

“Perfect location! Quaint spot just outside of the city centre close to UoB. Sam and reception staff incredibly friendly. We could have chatted for hours if we didn't have an itinerary of things we needed to complete before the end of the day! Would definitely recommend a stay here.”
