"This place was central to all the places we planned to visit. You need to go through at least 2 elevators to get up to your room - 3 if you park in the ramp. The 1st set of elevators bring you from the street level to the lobby. Then there’s another set of elevators that take you up to the rooms (these were fast, but when it’s busy, it stops on EVERY floor) Room was clean and comfortable (a faint bleach smell greeted us every time we returned to our room). We visited on a very busy weekend with the BTS concert, Panda Fest and baseball games all going at once. Breakfast area is busy but staff kept up with the crowd. Pool area is small but the kids (7, 8, 14) still enjoyed it. There’s also a sauna."
