“Mysigt hotell”

“Das Haus hat Potential, nutzt es aber leider nicht. Das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht, aber leider völlig unprofessionell. Das Haus ist schön, aber leider ungepflegt. Überall sind kleine Mängel zu erkennen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt daher nicht.”

“Wir haben während unseres Aufenthaltes kein Personal gesehen. Tee und Kaffee können an einer Maschine kostenlos in Pappbecher abgefüllt werden. Rezeption ist von 8-12 besetzt. Bei unserer Ankunft am Nachmittag war niemand anzutreffen. Informationen zu Essensmöglichkeiten waren nicht möglich. Es kann im Hotel kein Abendessen eingenommen werden. Alles läuft ohne Kontakt. Das Zimmer war soweit sauber. Insgesamt war es sehr unpersönlich und mehr wie ein Motel. Meine Vorstellung eines Hotels ist eine……

We appreciated the hospitality and could tell there was effort put into making guests feel comfortable. Since there were no staff available during our stay due to the holiday, it was thoughtful that they left the closet open with extra sheets and towels in case guests needed anything, which we appreciated.
