“I hate that the yo ya i have to be critical of the property because the staff was friendly and as helpful as possible. Rooms were not up to the expectations we had for the branding. Our group booked 5 rooms and none were exempt from outside noise from halls or rooms with common walls. Housekeeping was not done for 72 hrs including towels and garbage cans. When we asked for basic amenities, staff was quick to respond. We didn’t feel we were being unreasonable in our expectations for the price……

“The room was not clean upon arrival. They're was hair in there tub, floor unvacuumed. The microwave was dirty as well as the stove. My granddaughter stepped on a piece of glass, cutting it. We requested the floor be vacuumed and sheets changed and was charged a fee for this. The floor was not vacuumed. The"free" breakfast was coffee, tea, and granola bars, nothing else. The fitness center was closed. I asked to speak to a manager several times, however,I was told she was in a meeting and never……
