"We were assigned a handicap accessible room which was really complicated to navigate. We had to call the desk to find out how to operate the window shades. It was a switch on the opposite side of the room. The bath would fill but we never did learn how to use the shower and no one was available at 7:30 PM to help us. Worst of all there was a motion operated lamp that came on every time we moved in bed… all night! I finally had to take out the bulbs. Nice location and clean but totally frustrating with very little help from the staff."

"I booked 2 rooms for my family of 6\. Each room had 2 queen beds. No coffee maker in any room. Had a bottle of conditioner on the wall in the shower but it was empty. It wasn’t the little bottles like you get at most hotels. But most hotels make sure they are full. Only 2 towels in each bathroom even though I booked 2 rooms for 6 people. The towels in the pool area are tiny. Almost hand towel size. Had to use 3 towels to dry off. Breakfast is very small. It’s like they stuffed it into a closet. It was the worst Hilton I’ve stayed in but not the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. "
