“My family of 5 absolutely loved our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. My 3 boys thought the path through the woods to the park and lake was the coolest thing they had ever seen. “We were not very impressed with this place. Our check in supposed to be at 4 and didn’t get room until 8:30 pm. Staff was very rude. Front desk lady was very mean. They didn’t give us any information regarding room service. Our room wasn’t clean so we had to call for room service. The place smell like smoke all day. The view was great from our room. We were able to see fireworks from 19th floor.”
