“I stayed at this hotel for my son's graduation from college. Since my husband is a Wyndham rewards member, we chose to stay here. When I made my reservation, I asked for a handicap room and a chair for the shower, as my husband is an amputee. The Reservation had all my contact information, yet it wasn't till I arrived that I was informed that there was no handicap shower chair on the premises. Since at such a late date, there were no other rooms available at an adjacent hotel, I was forced to……

“The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean! What was Not okay was the fact our room was underneath the dining room! Starting about 6:15 am, you could hear people scraping their chairs across the floor every few minutes. The construction designer did not think this through. The dining room should be on the bottom floor. The only other thing is the air conditioner was not cooling properly. I had to turn the setting down to 63 degrees for it to feel like 70……
