“Very clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was good and there were plenty of options. Convenient and reasonable room rates while in the area visiting Biltmore Estate. Staff should be knowledgeable about dining establishments close to hotel. We,asked about different places to go and were not provided any assistance.”

“This is a great place if you are on a budget and not too picky. The hotel is old and not updated. The sheets and the shower were clean and we had no issues.”

“For a cheaper basic hotel, it has several nice amenities. Our favorite was the indoor pool, which was very warm. It was also nice to have the option of the outdoor pool although the water was still pretty chilly when we visited in early June. The breakfast offered many options and was on the better end of a typical hotel breakfast. Although there were lots of guests when we stayed, we heard very minimal noise. “The Jacuzzi was broken. It was disappointing. The pool wall is cracked and broken. It was scary. The room was clean and nice. The breakfast was comparatively poor quality.”

“Really enjoyed the close proximity to many restaurants, grocery store, and downtown. Plenty of parking and perk of it being free. Room was very specious! Will be staying here again in the future.”

“I had a problem with the internet. I brought my Dell laptop and could not access the internet. I was on with a tech support person for some time without any resolution. This is my only complaint about my stay. Maybe something with my laptop or my Norton 360 security was the issue, but it has worked fine elsewhere.”
