"My review is against Charlotte the “manager” I brought up the pet fee as it’s specified on the website as per stay per night but, I was charge per dog. She mention changing the verbiage & adjusting the fee. However, she charge me the full amount. She didn’t provided a receipt. Just un-trust worthy. I knew from her attitude that she wasn’t going to see my side of things. Make sure you asked & things are clear because she would do the complete opposite. She smile with that missing tooth in your face. I hope it was worth this review. I wouldn’t stay there EVER because of her. Otherwise, the stay would’ve been a 5 star all around. Thank you for trying to help Wanda. "
