“Nice simple pool area The room was clean but unfortunately smelled like smoke ( I understand there appeared to be individuals smoking in almost every other place on the outside). Ice machine worked Courteous staff in and outside the kiosk”

“I had a very disappointing experience at this Comfort Inn & Suites. We arrived late after traveling for a wedding and found our room in unacceptable condition. The bed sheets had multiple yellow stains that made it appear they had not been changed, and the room was extremely dusty. I immediately went to the front desk and asked for another room, but I was told the hotel was fully booked. I then asked if someone could clean the room, but I was told there was no housekeeping staff available that……

“Rooms was cleaned, but the air conditioning was not working properly. It was very stuffy. And our toilet was leaking. When informed the front desk I was told that all rooms are the same due to the weather ( heat) but according to them they’re working on getting humidifiers installed . Our first night was not too pleasant but thankfully the next morning we were able to switch rooms . We were only there 3 nights. I don’t think we would’ve stayed longer if we had to. Shame I always stayed at……
