"Nice stay, 3-4 mins walk to nearest tube, fairly big hotel, decent size room and slept well. Reception staff were very friendly, happy to help with directions, taxi's etc. Room was clean although quite dated and def needs some TLC but for the price it was good value for money and would have no issue staying again."

"Very nice place to stay. We had maid service every day, and they gave us a whole cleaning Mid week. The lift was broken one evening so we used the stairs, but it was fixed by the next day!"

"Stayed here just for the one night as we were down to see Pink at WHL. Check in was easy, staff extremely polite and friendly, the room was immaculate cleanliness wise and decor wise. We were late back at night but there's a bell you ring and a very friendly chap lets you in. Will stay again no problem."

"I took my 2 sons for a week in London and we stayed here mainly 1) close to Paddington and 2) price. It was sufficient for the price point. 1 double bed 1 twin bed was tight but we made it work. Tiny bathroom- again we made it work. Fresh towels daily was a nice surprise. The staff was exceptional and location was close to a lot of dining, grocery shops and underground stations. For the affordable price point this offered, we were pleased. "

"A good stay with family doing tourist stuff. My only concern was when I said I was dairy free at breakfast they bought me gluten free bread and biscuits which both contained dairy. But they did get me some dairy free milk which I could use freely. "

"Condition of room a little bit poor compared to numerous stays in the past. Main door to room very poor fitting, silicone around the bath very poorly applied not giving a good impression, net curtains needed a wash. Otherwise a comfortable nights sleep with a good breakfast."

"We had a quadruple room (one double bed and two twin beds) which worked great for our family with teenage kids. Room was clean, staff was helpful and allowed us to check in early, which was fantastic. Bathroom was clean but very small. Overall, great value for the money - good central location, walkable neighborhood with many shopping and dining options. "
