"AThe room was dirty, wall unit came off the wall nails exposed, picture frame on the ground and nails exposed, spiders and webs everywhere. Couldnt use our patio furniture because they were covered in spiders and dirty, hotel does not offers free water, tea, or coffee, had several nights where they was no parking even though we paid $45 a night for parking, they charges my card multiple times even though I paid cash up front, front staff was not nice and one even rolled her eyes several times after I asked for the manager, spiders in the bathroom, towels and toilet paper was not stocked, we had to ask for some, drawers were filthy dirty, including the fridge. The only person that gave amazing customer service and was so sweet was the lady that served us breakfast in the morning. Food was good."
