“入住時飯店搞錯訂房資訊，因此花了點時間，還要我自己打電話回台灣跟Hotels.com 確認？最後飯店發現自己錯誤，就冷一句sorry結束!另外，廁所半夜有異味飄出⋯空調聲音會突然很大聲（可能是暖氣的關係，但有點大聲！優點是離迪士尼門口很近！”

“非常推薦的LA住宿，飯店的乾淨及舒適程度是亞洲人喜歡的模樣，最棒的是它的地下室有提供免費停車。LA租車旅遊極推薦。”

“机场大巴比较方便，没有噪音，特别安全，早餐人多，最好错峰用餐，入住退房都很快。”

“When we checked into this hotel, besides the bedsheet and shower, we hardly touched anything in the room. We brought our own shampoo, body wash, comb, towels, toothbrush, and toothpaste. We only used one towel from the room, and we returned the key card and parking card in perfect condition. I'm not sure why the hotel deducted $33.93 from my deposit after we checked out. This deserves a negative review! ”

“Clean & Beauty place. Poor customer service. Total reserved for 3 nights. On the first day, the front desk guy promised me I can stay in the same room for 3 nights. Unfortunately, they asked me to change the room on the third night. They need me to check out before 11AM and re-check in after 4PM. Very uncomfortable for us. It took more than half hour to solve it. Wasted our pleasure time in Disney :( ”

“Our flight got cancelled from Long Beach to Houston. The Queen Mary was the perfect place to spend the night! It was fun and we were very entertained! ”

“Came here after a not so good trip in 2022 big difference coming back 2 years later. Got the jr. Suite room was spacious came with a little kiddie castle for the kids restroom was small but ok for what we needed. Beds could have been better felt like i was sinking in but overall room was great. Has a pool area that was very lively and was extremely enjoyable especially for the kids as well as transportation to the theme park and back. This place completety changed for the best for us and we are……
