“Was a great property! Zero complaints”

“Wonderful staff, clean rooms. Some areas are a little dated but they work hard to keep it presentable and useful for guest.”

“I didn't like being on 1s floor Someone from there called me Wednesday ask me what floor would I like. I said 5th floor up. They put me on 1st floor. Then in master bathroom I ran water into bathtub water it was orange rusted looking I took pictures show to manager. She said another guess had same problem with water. ”

“The apartment was well stocked. The body wash container in the bathroom was empty but other than that great. Plenty of nice towels and we were able to wash them when we ran out. ”

“My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay. ”

“Host was RUDE!! Water park was not functional so they sent us to "sister hotels" to their water park and it wasn't functional. The water in the rooms did not get hot AT ALL. Cold showers for everyone! There was a random man walking down the sidewalks with a knife!! Ocean racape is actoss the street from the hotel that you have to check in at. I do not recommend staying here. The only good thing was yhe size of the pool at a sister hotel. You have to drive to the sister hotel to swim. ”

“Room furnishings were not in ideal conditions,very worn and outdated. Never saw any staff at all!”

“The condo is obviously recently updated! Everything is new, clean. Everything was available and working! (Small and large appliances, dishes, etc.) Pac-Man machine is great!”
