“Upon check out asked about POOL and wss told it was closed! Called 888 number snd asked to move to another hotel for POOL and was hung up on x3 everytime I said it was for a POOL. So stayed but not able to relax at pool which was reason I was going”

“We booked extremely late, after midnight, and didn’t realize it booked for the wrong date, we had been driving for 14 hours and were extremely exhausted. The front desk was more than accommodating and came up with a solution to fit our needs. The breakfast was amazing, the bed and room were very clean and comfortable, and we felt safe the entire night. I cannot thank them enough for what they dos for this tired momma! ”

“It is too dirty. A lot dust in the top of the toilet. No small towels for us. even have spider web in the cover of the toilet. Crazy. ”
