“Rooms were clean, air conditioners were very effective, wash rooms were neat. We were on the upper level hence had to carry luggage but as were travelling light it was fine. ”

The staff was phenomenal. I learned after I booked my stay here that the biobay tours do not happen during full moons. I reached out to trade winds and they were beyond accommodating. “The pools were nice, the room was clean and spacious. I was disappointed that there wasn't a coffee maker, a blow-dryer or any of the usual amenities. There were shared microwaves in the hall but no means of cooking in your room. The restaurant was excellent and you can easily share a meal as portions are large. The staff are friendly and when the wifi wasn't working they called the company and got it back up the next day. Overall, I would recommend staying here and would give it 4.5 stars……
