“总体不错，简洁、干净、费用适中，早餐需要改进，特别是餐具过小。”

“It was a nice overnight stop. Clean & safe feeling. No frills, but no problems. No elevator...but only one flight of stairs.”

“Rooms were clean. Breakfast was as expected. They have space for a bar but it never opened. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Convenient to town.”

“The rooms were clean and recently remodeled. You could go out into the hall and watch the harness races without going outside. the casino was very convenient. the only down side were the pillows. I could not find a pillow that was comfortable for sleeping.”

“It’s very good ”

“Okey”

“Property appears rundown. Carpets are badly stained. Baseboards are missing in some areas. Elevator makes a grinding noise every time it stops before door opens. Our room had a musty odor. Doorway had chipped paint. We had no hand soap in the bathroom. When we asked the desk manager for some, he said it hadn’t come in yet! He did , however, give us a bottle of liquid Dove hand soap which appeared to have been partly used. The buffet breakfast was good and properly tended.”

“Good”

“Not much to say about this facility located in a very rural area. Adequate for a night. Poor reception even with Wifi. No real amenities.”

“As a guest services coordinator with Marriott I can assure you that Hart House is a treasure to anyone traveling the Empire State Trail. The bicycle themed rooms are super unique with even the finest details not missed to assure an immersive experience. All additional essential amenities are covered, so whatever you left at home is available here. A gem.”

“脏”

“很棒的旅店，性价比非常高。园林风格，房间宽敞、整洁，设施齐全。可把车停在房间外，很方便。 唯一美中不足的是没有早餐，不管是付费还是免费，只提供咖啡。 距离尼亚加拉瀑布40分钟车程，白天来回很方便，但如果晚上要看瀑布灯光秀，就得赶夜路了。”

“Staff is excellent at this location. Our room was very clean. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you.”

“Nice property and good for a stop off or layover”
