“very clean room it was beautiful and bigger than expected. check in was easy but my room was very far could of had better directions to access expedia stays.”

“Definitely not worry the the price . The staff was mostly terrible and gave wrong instructions 3 times. When I expressed my frustration trying to park and get my bags to my room, I was told to “breathe” as of my attitude was the issue. The noise from hallway staff, the room refrigerator and outside traffic made sleep impossible too.”

“First of all, I arrived at around 8:00pm, the woman at checkin table was not nice at all. Not patient, not friendly. I don’t know if you have trained your staff to be professional. Second, on the third day of my stay, the room cleaning service came, but I was still in the room so she couldn't clean it. After a while, I told the front desk about it when I went out. Hope to clean my room when we were out. The front desk said they would follow up, but when I came back in the evening, I found that……
