"They have automated a lot so there is very little staff interaction. We were not told how to obtain or offered our welcome drink. The bathroom amenities are not what I would expect for a $500/night hotel. The glasses in the cabinets were understocked and I could not turn the A/C below 70. Won’t be back. "

"Surprisingly big rooms, Fast Internet, Good breakfast spread and nice new beds and mattresses. Everything you ask for in an Airport Hotel. The furnishings were falling apart due to improper installation, especially the plumbing, but it may be limited to my room only. It worked, though and had no issues apart from being loosely fitted."

"Called before arriving to let staff know we were checking in late, 10:30-11pm. They said that is fine. I asked are there sheets, blankets, etc. for the pull-out sofa as we had 5 people staying in 1 room. No sheets, blankets or pillows for pullout sofa. Went to front desk & asked for items, she seemed annoyed, but gave me the items, except for NO PILLOW. Only 3 towels in room for 5 people, had to ask for more of those. Bathroom tub clogged. Maintenance came. Tub clogged all week. Was gross. Room did not seem too clean. Fingerprints on bed headboard, which I thought should have been wiped. Carpet in the room not laid correctly, coming apart at the walls. Online it says Restaurant Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Was NOT open for breakfast, which was disappointing. Coffee machine in lobby. $2.60 for small cup of coffee, which only gets filled 1/2 way. Cleaning staff only shows up every 3 days. Had to put our trash outside in the hall. Best part was the pool and view. They have a cute little Sunblock/pool towel area. Other than that, Most likely will not stay at this place again. I'd give this place 3 stars."

"I wish I would have seen and listened to all the 1 star reviews prior to this. The staff, location and the amenities are the only good part of this establishment. There are 3 separate buildings for this hotel- we stayed at the location which was right above the restaurant “Maxine”. The rooms are very out dated and have a mildew smell. You can also hear EVERYTHING. People above you walking, people talking next door, the music playing below. I’m just thankful they turned the music off at 11:30pm but everything else made me stay up until 1-2am (thank god it was only 3 nights). I do not fault the staff as they cannot do anything about this but I feel like people should know if you enjoy or need your beauty sleep you will have a harder time at this hotel. The pools were quite nice and restaurants were also good. Location was close to everything (shopping, food, beach, pools)."
