“Very good ”

“The room was very humid. The bathroom was the worst part. The sink drain barely worked. The tube had soap scum mold around it.”

“Close to the Hot Springs. Staff was awesome. Had coffee ready in the morning”

“Ashley at the front desk gave us a cheerful welcome when we arrived and was continuously helpful during our stay. Food and service at both the restaurant and the cafe were excellent. This is an old hotel so expect the kind of quirks you’d find in any historic place. Thirty minute soak in the hot spring-fed spa is complimentary for guests! It was charming!”

“I have stayed here before! But this time I actually considered asking to switch rooms! It was really dirty! I’m pretty sure nobody cleaned it! Especially since we found somebody else’s prescription medication laying on the floor! There were bugs, crawling all over in the bathroom! So I’m pretty sure they were everywhere, that was just the easiest place to see them! Staff at check-in was nice! But that’s really the only positive about the whole experience! I feel like maybe the upstairs rooms are……

“Was looking forward to using the hot tub, (why we picked this hotel) only to learn it's been out of order for 2 years. The property was in rough shape, junk everywhere. The room itself was fairly clean. Will not stay here again.”

“We really liked the location and the patio with views of the river and mountains; the sound of the water was very relaxing. It is a very safe and peaceful place. I was really disappointed because we wanted to stay for 10 nights but they only had 4 available; that was a letdown. I would rent it again 😀”

“The people in the room above us were very noisy until 2.30 a.m. it honestly sounded like they were playing soccer or similar in the room. We tried calling the front desk to complain, but got no answer. Also, 2 car alarms went off during the night and it seemed like forever before they got shot off. Needless to say, after a long day of driving, we didn't get much sleep. We will never stay there again.”
