This striking building is built in Georgian style within a kilometre of Bath's vibrant shopping centre.

The space
This spacious 2 bedroom apartment offers fantastic views over the heritage city of Bath, whilst maintaining a feeling of serenity and comfort, being neatly tucked within a stately home environment. Equipped with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, the traditional feel and the modern comforts allow for an unforgettable stay. Being all on one level the apartment is child friendly and very safe .

Guests have full access to the woodland and tennis court . Located in the prime residential suburb of Lansdown , Hope Place has the boutique shopping area of Bartlett Street Quarter on its doorstep as well as being within walking distance of the heart of the city.
In addition, the development enjoys superb road, rail and air connectivity, being less than 90 minutes journey time from London Paddington by rail

Enjoy a formal lawn enclosed by lush, landscaped grounds, also home to a residents only tennis court, as well as many walkways bordered by ancient trees. It provides a natural habitat for a wide variety of wildlife including the occasional deer.

Beautiful Bath Apartment

The property was gorgeous. It had stunning views over Bath. The area is really quiet and the property provided a relaxing place to stay. Walking distance to the centre. Communication with the owner was perfect. We had a wonderful stay.

Great views

Excellent apartment that is well situated in Bath and a very comfortable place to spend our weekend. It has great views of the town which can be easily accessed by foot or bus. All communication was good and straightforward.
