"I’ve booked this property numerous times now. Been going to this resort as an annual family vacation for 10 years. This particular unit is well placed. If I’m being honest I wish it was ground level versus second story but still it has the perfect location. Easily sleeps 6, quick walk to the local shops for unique grocery and coffe shop, right next to one of the pools and hot tubs, and closest access to get directly down to the beach which has tons of privacy and really only occupied by those at the resort to this place tops them all for convenience. Kitchen is loaded with everything you need to grocery shop and cook versus dine out. The owners are extremely responsive as well to any questions concerns or needs. Always a very enjoyable stay. Oh and absolutely stunning views from the balconies of the sunsets."

"We have been visiting Seascape Resort as a family for years, and each time we stay at a different unit. This unit is by far our favorite. The decor is elegant and updated, and there is plenty of space and storage for everyone to spread out. I would suggest including some beach toys, or chairs so that guests can use those while they stay, and a few more kitchen items (large bowls, cooking dishes, seasonings), but other than that we are very happy with our stay. "

"VERY NICELY DECORATED WITH TASTEFUL FURNISHINGS. THE KITCHEN WAS VERY WELL STOCKED WITH EQUIPMENT AND SERVING PIECES.BEDROOMS AND BATHS FULLY EQUIPPED WITH LOTS OF TOWELS, AND GOOD TOWELS. VERY CLEAN AND NEAT AND EASY TO STAY IN. WIFI WAS EXCELLENT.WE WOULD RETURN AND BE BLESSED WITH A PERFECT PLACE TO BE. THE VIEW WAS LOVELY. "
"My family and I had a great stay. We've stayed at the Seascape several times but the location of this condo is the best. I wasn't expecting the whales to put on a show but they certainly did and we soaked it all in. The mattress in the master bedroom was a bit firm for my liking but not bad enough to make me not go back. The house was fully loaded and the balconies are a definite plus. I promise you can't go wrong by staying here."

"Although this property is a very small condo bedrooms right next to each other not good for couples. It’s great for families. Everything you need is there and you really are right in front of the ocean. The neighbors were friendly a few simple restaurants in walking distance and the whales were amazing. Parking can be a little rough, but I would definitely come to this property again it’s not the most inexpensive, but it’s definitely worth it."
"The location of this property is spot on. Semi easy access to the beach. Privacy is awesome. Walking the boardwalk is easy and fun. Plenty of room inside the house. All the supplies were provided. The patio is the best on the block. The kitchen water pressure was. low but the showers worked fine.. Best part were the gray whales, birds migrating almost every day, seals swimming very close to the shoreline and the weather. Thank you for the memories that we made this week. "
"Property was just as pictured, nice and clean (dropped a star on cleanliness just because a few spots could use some maintenance - paint touchups and a loose chair leg on one of the dining chairs). With this location, it was mostly a place to sleep, shower, change, and get back out to the beach/pool/trails. Very comfortable with a family of four - two in the bedroom, two on the fold-out couch bed. Check-in was seamless, check out was the easiest I've ever had on a VRBO (start the dishwasher on your way out!), host was responsive and anticipated most of our questions with well-timed communications. Fantastic place to relax. The unit is right next to the walking path down to the beach. "
