“We had a good stay, overall. Room was very spacious, clean and beds comfortable. Staff absolutely friendly and helpful. It was tricky to get a water bottle from the vending machine in the hallway but it worked, eventually. Could not help the impression that the hallway on the second floor was a bit damp. We stayed only one night and will likely do again, when visiting our sone at UMass Dartmouth. Thank you!”

“Paid $100 deposit for a "non smoking room" but when we opened the door we were smacked hard in the face with the disgusting smell of cigarettes. The bed was absolutely awful and the A/C that worked well was spewing cigarettes odor into the room. When I went to check out at 830 this morning and to complain about my "non smoking" deposit, the doors were still locked. We didnt expect much, but the nasty odor and bed guaranteed we wont stay again.”
