Perfectly situated just 10 mins walk from Coventry City Centre, Goldsmith Place is ideal for both short & long stays with full access to the entire apartment. Located just 2 mins walk from Peugeot, 2 mins drive to Coventry University, 5 mins from Jaquar Land Rover and 15 mins from the NEC, Birmingham Airport & Warwick University. The space COVID-19 NOTICE: In our efforts to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have adopted an enhanced strict cleaning protocol in this property. These 4-step process outlined below is applied to every changeover in preparation for the next guest. 1\. We thoroughly clean each surface in the accommodation by removing dust, debris and germs. 2\. We sanitize all high touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, remote control, taps, toilets and tables with chemical disinfectant. 3\. We check that the entire accommodation has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. 4\. We then reset the accommodation for the next guests. THE SPACE IN DETAIL: Beautifully decorated serviced apartment with a cosy homely feel in a quiet neighbourhood. This fully furnished property is comprised of 2 decent sized beautifully decorated bedrooms, 1 bathroom, gorgeous living room, kitchen and dining area. You will enjoy a pleasant living and dining area with an adult sized sofa bed. There is also a decent sized kitchen which is fully equipped to make your stay very comfortable. You also enjoy 2 large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. Clean and fresh bed linen & towels are provided for you – all free of charge. For your convenience there is a FREE parking space at the property.
