“When I made my reservation through Expedia, I did not notice that it listed a smoking room. I asked if they had a non-smoking room. The clerk said there were none available but I could pay for an upgrade to a Junior Suite. I said no. Another person in our group asked the same question when they arrived and they were told there were non-smoking rooms available. The carpet in the room was very dirty.”

“The staff was wonderful. Both the lady who checked us in and the lady who checked us out were very nice, friendly, and welcoming, and they made the experience pleasant. “Small things that were a little off. Don't mean to be picky but I expect more when I pay more than $200 for a night's stay. First, we didn't have water cups in our room and the night manager didn't know if the rooms usually offer them--of course they do at all of the Holiday Inn Express properties we have stayed in.
