“Taino wood was a great place for camping. Chantel and her husband Jesse are great host and are very welcoming and kind. Nice place to enjoy with your family in the nature. There were many tent sites inside their woods and we occupied the site called:Turey.
We set up 3 tents (two 4-people tents and one 6-people tent). There was a firepit we used to cook food and Chantel and Jesse lend us a pot to cook.
Before leaving Chantel, Jesse and a few of their friends sang indigenous songs and played……

“The location was perfect. Loved to house. Very clean. Beds were super comfortable!! Everything we needed. One suggestion. There is a side window in the master bedroom and very sheer curtains. People left lights on house next door all night plus when they drive in late at night light shown in the window all night making it hard to sleep. Could use a blind like on other windows. The wood stove kept us toast roasty. We had one when we lived there. Didnt really mind no TV. Would……

“Serg’s place was comfortable and clean! It was a perfect location for me and my friends to stay while rock climbing in the Gunks. We did not feel cramped or unsafe and the complementary tea was a hit! One thing to note is that both of the beds were low to the ground (below knee level) so if someone has knee or back problems, it might be difficult to stand up out of bed. ”

“We loved our stay here. This space/property is the perfect natural oasis/escape from the city; it was exactly what we were looking for, gorgeous natural light, lots of windows, a huge yard, tons of nature/animals, fire pit, hiking nearby, the river access is perfect and even an active bald eagle nest! I slept like a baby the entire trip. Checking in/out was easy. We absolutely will be coming back for round two asap - highly recommend staying here ! ”

“Place was well stocked and furnished. Host was very responsive. We got snowed in, but when we told the host we wanted to leave for skiing at 7:30am they accommodated and had everything clear. Cannot recommend them enough. ”
