“This was a great space for my family and I. The location was close to the things we wanted to do while in the area and was very comfortable.”

“The condo is in an easy-to-access location, but in a peaceful, quiet area. It was clean, and the host's instructions were clear and easy to follow. We appreciated having a comfortable place while we visited the area.”

“Todo muy limpio ”

“We really enjoyed our three night stay at the cozy bear condo on top of the mountain in the Gatlinburg area. The condo was lovely, clean, quiet and stocked with all the kitchen appliances towels, bedding, toiletries, games everything you could need to enjoy a quiet, peaceful mountain getaway. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the property was well maintained. It was just a quick 10 minute drive down the mountain to be right in town. We even got to see a few bears a coyote and some wild...

“Place could have been cleaner, wood floor turned out feet black from walking on it. There was a lot of dust. The plug ins are loose in the bedrooms so it hard to charge your phone. Everything was nice though otherwise. One thing we noticed was there was no toaster or oven pans/ baking sheets. Great location.”

“Great Location just off strip, and all was as it appeared on the listing. When I relayed recliner needing fixing, he replied right away. KIDS loved the fuseball table, and sleeping was comfy!! Thanks Jeremy for our great famly weekend stay!! Peace over your summer!! Denise & Mast Family ”

“Condo was as described very beautiful area at what seems like the top of the mountian we saw Bears every day we were there roaming the property. One PSA tip is to keep your car doors locked found out that bears know how to open doors and get inside after goodies :) Beddings and furnishings were all very comfortable and great pressure and heat on showers.”

“Really enjoyed staying there. Only thing I didn’t like was no house cleaning period while we were there. The sofa bed was uncomfortable to sit or sleep on. The dryer didn’t work well at all. The jacuzzi tub jets didn’t work. But besides those few things it a great place to stay. Will stay there again.”
